What is a Live News Feed?

Live news feed refers to a live video stream of television news which is provided by television networks and television news outlets. Various news channels from around the world produce these streaming television news broadcasts, which can be watched on Smart TVs, via internet television websites such as YouTube and subscription video on demand services such as Hulu, or through digital media players that are designed to stream content, such as Roku. These live news streams can also be viewed on the networks’ own websites, as well as through social networking sites such as Facebook.

Good writing for a news article begins with a clear and concise lead paragraph that identifies the basic facts of the story, including who, what, when, where and why. When reporting on a person, it’s important to use their full first name and both initials, rather than just one of the two, to avoid jarring readers. Likewise, it is preferable to use neutral language when describing events that might be considered negative or positive, as this reads more effectively.
